Fashion designers Carl Arcusa and Jace Luna use their knowledge in interior design to rise above the industry.

CARL ARCUSA
Carl’s modest personality is a sheer contrast to his edgy designs which are inspired by intricate detailing, curves, and lines that he also got from famous designers that he looked up to.
He revealed that on his first day in college taking up Interior Design, he was warned how “Iba ang semento sa tela” in which he firmly opposed, as he believed that fashion and interior design are related. In fact, he incorporates his learnings in school to his designs like how he made LRT’s metal framing an inspiration to one of his pieces.
JACE LUNA
Vibrant hues, dangling stone ensembles, dressing up and even mentoring for his beauty pageant-caliber aspirants have always been his cue.
His “fashion passion” bloomed when he visited his grandmother’s old gown shop and saw a plain-looking set of couture.
These two trailblazers are definitely to watch out for! They bear hard work and talent, and are oozing with fresh ideas. There is no barrier you cannot climb if your heart is in the right place and you’re determined to work for your dreams.
